Rahaf Al-Alawi, from Karak, is the founder of “Al-Iman Dairy Products”, a family business that grew from a vision inspired by her mother, an agricultural engineer, into a trusted name in natural and authentic products. From the very beginning, her family was the source of inspiration and support, turning a simple idea into a project rooted in tradition. As Rahaf explains: "For dairy we use sheep’s milk, for vinegar we use apples, for jams hibiscus, lemon and ginger, and apricot with sugar, and for soap we use olive oil or glycerin."
Rahaf learned the craft from her mother, who became her real-life mentor, combining agricultural expertise with family creativity. This heritage laid the foundation of the project and gave the products a unique character that reflects the sincerity of handmade work and the spirit of family collaboration.
The range of products includes Jameed presented as salty snacks, natural apple vinegar, jams with creative flavors, and olive oil soaps enriched with natural ingredients like frankincense, aloe vera, chamomile, and laurel. All items are 100% handmade from natural raw materials, without additives or enhancers, guaranteeing purity and authenticity.
This craft has deeply impacted Rahaf’s daily life, teaching her the value of manual work and the importance of family cooperation. It is not just a business—it is a mission to preserve natural quality and reconnect people with authentic flavors and remedies.
Her ambition is to expand the reach of “Al-Iman Dairy Products” to every Jordanian household, sharing the true meaning of quality. What sets her work apart is its authenticity: home-based, natural, and filled with trust.
