From Karak, Lubna Al-Shamayleh began her journey with Lubna Hand Crafts with a simple goal of increasing her income. Over time, however, the project became a true source of joy and personal pride. Every piece she created left a beautiful impression on her customers. As Lubna says: “Customer feedback always made me happy, inspiring me to create more products and add new designs.”

Learning and Support

Lubna first received encouragement from her mother, but her learning journey was entirely self-driven. Without any formal training or inherited skills, she relied on persistence and continuous experimentation. She began with simple macramé and wool products, and gradually expanded her collection to include bookmarks, dreamcatchers, macramé dolls, coasters, hairbands, and even eyeglass holders—each piece carrying a modern touch that appeals to contemporary tastes.

What makes Lubna’s work stand out is her precision in execution and the wide variety of designs and colors she offers. This unique mix allows her products to reflect modern style while preserving their handmade authenticity.
